Preparations are underway for this year’s Stratford Town Centre Food Festival, showcasing the Bard’s home as one of the region’s premier food and drink destinations.
This free festival, which takes place on the weekend of September 22nd and 23rd, is one of the highlights of the calendar in Stratford-upon-Avon, with a bustling producers’ market, demonstrations and hands-on workshops, and popular trails taking visitors to many of the town’s independent businesses.

A weekend of foodie fun
Last year, Stratford-upon-Avon’s Food Festival attracted more than 80,000 people last year for a weekend of food and fun, all set against the historic backdrop of Shakespeare’s home town.
Alongside the market, the festival will feature an action-packed programme of demonstrations and workshops across the town centre.
A regular hit at the Town Centre Food Festival are the popular Taste and Ale Trails, giving visitors the chance to try tasty treats from some of the popular town centre restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs.
